Build the commercial structure that turns capability into scalable revenue.

Independent advisor and fractional executive working with technology firms across Europe — at the intersection of value proposition, go-to-market, and commercial scaling.

Architect and Activator

Most commercial advisors design the argument and stop at the deliverable. Most agencies pick up downstream and execute against someone else's strategy. I do both.

I work with CEOs, CCOs, and Heads of Strategy at IT services firms and software vendors who are sharp on capability but losing pipeline to firms with a sharper commercial story. The work covers three layers: the argument the firm makes to its buyers, the motion that carries the argument to market, and the system that keeps the argument coherent as the firm scales across countries, partners, and offerings.

Operator background

Twenty-five years inside European technology firms — most recently as Director CX & CRM Solutions & Portfolio at Orange Business, where I rebuilt and scaled the European CX portfolio across countries. Earlier as Europe Lead for CX at Business & Decision, building the foundations for repeatable European business. Before that, fifteen years at Delaware Consulting, including five on the Board of Directors and the Digital Management Team. Career started at IBM. A regular speaking practice across European markets.

MY Work

My work rests on a complete commercial-engine framework — twenty-two components across the three layers, including positioning, offer architecture, GTM architecture and activation, and governance rhythm. The framework is built from operator experience inside European technology firms and tested against the practice of comparable firms. It's used to diagnose where commercial growth is breaking down, and to build the structure that fixes it.

The framework treats commercial growth as one operating system — argument, motion, and system designed together rather than as three workstreams stitched at the end. What makes the engagement distinct is the combination: knowing how to build and run what's needed for change, supported by the structured methodology and toolkit that makes the work transferable.

HOW TO START

Engagements start with a 30-minute discovery call — a conversation about your commercial situation and whether there's work worth doing together.
